Her name is Fran, and she is 86 years old, and she's originally from Germany. She asked me where the 92 Foster to Berwyn bus was - the same bus I take - so we started talking.
Fran is a widow and she doesn't have any children. And she's almost completely blind.
Today really is a great day... I knew it before it even started. I have every reason in the world to be smiling. And I am.
I'm going to call Fran and she is going to take me out to lunch. :)
